Essay on Moderon Slavery

I strongly disagree with slavery because there is a human right that says that you can't have slaves and that you should be free. If you are a slave it means that you don't get payed to work and that you are forced to work. Now a days mostly slavery is for sex. Women are sold for men to have sex with other men for their pleasure. Over the years the slavery has been getting worst and worst.

I think that others should care about it because it is a very important cause in earth and it could be your family that gets kidnapped and sold for sex. There are more than a million cases of slavery a year and more than half of them are of children. We have to do something about this.

Only last year the slave industry profited more than 32 billion dollars, which is more than nike, google, and Starbucks combined. In Thailand there are over 1500 known sex brothels. There are over 1 million reports of slavery a year and half of them are of kids. The slave traders sell 10 year old for even 6 dollars. In some places of Africa children are forced to become soldiers, they are forced to kill of torture, and if they refuse they will be tortured or killed. There are human trafficking cases in all 50 states of the U.S. There are more slaves today, than in any other period in history.
